Clients are pleasantly welcomed and their pets have plenty of attention while they wait. This is great because pets are trying to come out of their shell and getting more comfortable with visits and staff. Techs treat pets wonderfully and they are finally starting to trust them. my fur child macaroni loves it here. I love knowing that he is safe and very well cared for. they ask you how you feed your animal and they follow your schedule as best as they can and I know he gets plenty of snuggles. and I can look at pictures everyday of him on the Facebook page.
