“It is very rare that a company far exceeds my expectations, but Knight Heating And Air took such exceptional care of us that I’d leave them a ten star review if I could. Brandon, our sales rep, was able to get our warranty company to pay out by some miracle after they denied our claim three times saving us $6000! The day of installation, Micheal and Nick arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and left all the areas they worked on cleaner than when they arrived, which is very rare nowadays with most vendors. I honestly could not be happier with our experience. I own several small businesses, and I know how important customer service is and your customer service (in addition to your quality and follow through) is second to none.
