“Excellent customer service. Our very old furnace went out on Oct 29th and they had it replaced on Halloween. We went with a new unit but I appreciate that they did give us a repair quote as well. The installers were here right at 7:30 and completely cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them for any applicable needs in the future!“

“I called in the afternoon to schedule a technician and someone arrived at my house the next day by lunch time. I got a call ahead of time, a nice picture of my technician. He was veryyyy respectful and knowledgeable, he seen I was interested and chatted while he worked. I felt safe with him in my home. “Been dealing with MRC for about 5 years now. I have done a decent amount of business with them in that time and in 2 different counties. I'll never go anywhere else for my HVAC services. MRC is the best in the business. Outside unit quit kicking on last night. Called them this morning at 8am and they were able to squeeze me in by around noon. I was at work and my wife and 2 daughters were home. No concerns at all about them being there when I wasn't. They are the most trustworthy and respectable people. You will not find a more reliable and honest company for your HVAC needs. They have never tried to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Have never felt any pressure from them like I have in the past with other companies. I'm always impressed by how fast they figure out the problem and get my system going again. I've even had an entire system replaced by them in the past and they did an amazing job and were done so fast. It passed all inspections and requirements when I sold that home.
