“We had Kokesh install 2hit water heaters. One went bad right away and they were quick to respond and replaced it. The second continued to have minor issues during the first year.Kokesh was always quick to respond and try to resolve the problem which they did each time. Finally when the last occurrence happened Megan stepped in and said that was enough and she was going back to manufacture to strongly request they replace the second unit also. It took a few weeks but Megan prevailed and was able to get the manufacture to replace the unit for no charge.This was not something Megan had to do, but took it on her own to “do what was right” as per Megan.We are most thankful for Kokesh help along the way and standing up for what is best for the customer.We have used them for other plumbing problems and they are always quick to respond and have provided great results.Good business, good preople who want to treat you right.“

“He was very professional and did a great job installing the water heater. I truly appreciated while we were talking about the taller vs. short heater before bringing it in and how I shared with your rep that the water heater could easily be set 3 inches away from furnace, when he brought the short one in is was clear that the piping had to be adjusted 2 inches from the furnace. Given that the short water heater was twice the price of the tall one which had a 12 year warranty, while they were outside preparing to bring he water heater in he shared that he reduced the cost by 10%. Given I had an open space due to the removal of the old heater we moved forward with the heater.“

“While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!“
