I knew both my AC and furnace were on their last legs when I called for my AC finally dying. Mark was able to come to my home within a day during busy season and went over my options. He did not try to sell me an overpriced system I didn't need and offered to replace the AC alone, but I decided to replace the entire system including the furnace. He and his employee came back quickly and got the new system fully installed within a few hours. The staff at the office was very courteous and kept in communication with me through the whole process, and the quote was well below what I expected it to be.
This team was quick to determine my furnace of 20 years was not fixable, and quickly installed a new one before the coldest months started, and for a great price! Karen and Mark were very helpful throughout the whole experience.
I’ve been using MRC for years for Ac, Furnace and even duct cleaning. Always prompt and honest service from Mark and Karen in the office.
