“We had our first visit yesterday for our puppy’s first exam and vaccine. The entire staff was extremely kind. They were so sweet to our puppy that he didn’t even realize that they stuck him for the vaccine. I’m super happy that we chose this facility to care for our puppy.“

On another occasion I had to euthanize my dog, Pocahontas, and had a quiet room for us. We stayed for awhile and said goodbye and were never disturbed.“

“Just moved to Lee Summit and was searching for a new vet for my cat Finn and based on their reviews I had to choose this place! We got such a warm welcome at the front desk and they showed Finn so much love. He was very nervous but our tech gave him extra treats and pets to calm him down! The doctor was also very caring and was patient with Finn. This is the first time I haven’t felt pressured to add extra services at a vet. They understood I was on a budget and provided me an estimate for other services for the future and I didn’t feel judged at all! Other techs also came to say hi to Finn. We’ve been bringing our dogs to Peace Paws since 2018, and we truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone on the team is wonderful — they treat your pets like their own and make you feel like part of the Peace Paws family from day one.

They take the time to really get to know your dog, which makes all the difference. Over the years, they’ve noticed things I hadn’t — like a new lump or bump on our senior pup — and always let me know so I could follow up. They even helped us figure out a chicken allergy! And who doesn’t love to get themed photos of their dog after they get groomed?!

They’re patient, kind, and genuinely care! I don’t trust anyone else with our girls, and as long as Peace Paws is grooming, we’ll find a way to be there. They are simply the best.“

“Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful. The doctor was amazingly patient with our dog, who was not wanting to be examined despite not feeling well. While waiting we watched the cutest and happiest dogs get dropped off for daycare. Will definitely recommend.“

“I feel like they are giving me and my cat great customer service and they are knowledgeable, but getting your pet taken care of is expensive.. If they are comparable in price I will continue to use do to the quality of care, but I will make sure to ask for pricing ahead of time.“

“Barb at Brookside is incredible. We have enjoyed attending her classes with our. Puppies. Having her guidance with training our therapy dogs, having her temperament test our puppies in our breeding program for our families and seeing our puppies go home to their families and flourish in her classroom and beyond. You will have to look pretty hard to find a better place to bring your puppy to train and socialize. She is an exceptional trainer and animal behaviorist. I recommend her to all my families as the best possible place to train your new puppy , your therapy dog and canine family member“
