Our Golden had a series of episodes over the weekend resulting in significant reduction in his ability to move/function. I took him in first thing Monday morning and they immediately ran him through bloodwork and X-rays. Entire staff & vet were immediately responsive and helpful. We’ve been with BVAH and continue to use their services even after we moved out of the area last year. 100% recommend.
I love that it’s almost a one stop shop for our puppy. They have been very accommodating, informative, and have given us great customer service, and that is very reassuring as new pet owners.
Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful. The doctor was amazingly patient with our dog, who was not wanting to be examined despite not feeling well. While waiting we watched the cutest and happiest dogs get dropped off for daycare. Will definitely recommend.
