The facility is clean and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have a followup appointment to discuss lens options/cost and surgery timetable. I’ll post a review of that experience after the appointment.“

“I came into the target optical shop on Tuesday, April 28 in hopes that they would have a small screw that would fit to attach the nose piece of my glasses back to the frame. Taryn, the lady who was working in the optical department provided great customer service and she was quick and efficient. Most people would assume the sales people would know MOST things about the frames, but the woman we worked with had a quiet, confident knowledge and was SO helpful. The one downside about Warby Parker as a company, not this store in particular, is that they only have two types of progressive lenses. One that insurances take and one that insurances do not. If they had a third, which bridged the gap, such as many other places do (including Zenni optical online), more people would be able to use their insurance.“

I have been getting glasses from Overland Park Eye Center on and off for over 20 years. It has always been good experience. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. The store has a wide variety of inventory (modern and fashionable) to choose from. Dr. Joe is excellent in the eye exam that you won't be disappointed. My recent eye glasses is so comfortable, sharp and clear. Would highly recommend this Eye Center.“
