I had 2 pairs of prescription glasses with broken frames. The lenses were good. The rep repaired one frame . He then removed the lenses from the other pair of broken frames and snapped them into a different frame. All in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier.
Joe is wonderful. Smart, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and also their shop in Prairie Village.
Had terrible experiences with difficult prescriptions. Their options finally did glades correctly. Also lots of great, fun, modern frames. Really. RECOMMEND.
I stopped in to get a new pair of glasses and was helped by Nick. He picked a pair and set them on the counter for me to try. I looked around a bit and tried on several frames, but ultimately came back and selected his first choice. He really listened to what I was looking for, even though I didn’t know for sure what that was. I walked out with two new pairs of glasses ordered. Plus, he was fun to work with! Thanks Nick!
