This is a lovely venue. Directions for entry were easy to follow. The decor makes it a one of a kind place. It's versatile too. I had my birthday party here, but I can see people using it as a place for a meeting or even a family dinner. There's a bar area, and a small fridge. Big speakers that you can connect to with Bluetooth are available if you need to use them. The restroom is very roomy and clean.

By where I work, I’ve been walking into subway for weeks trying to talk myself into taking advantage of their “Walk Ins Welcome”, because that is atypical of a barber shop most times. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and Shawn greeted me as soon as I came in and he asked me what service I wanted. I told him and he said, “I got you”.
The shop is beautiful and spacious, with the music at the perfect volume. I felt at home immediately. Not only did Shawn give me the best lineup I’ve ever had, I was treated as a valuable customer though they did t even know me. You’ve made a permanent customer out of me! See you in a couple weeks!

Rafael Ramirez came out to inspect a couple of plumbing concerns in our home. He was knowledgeable and informative and taught me how to fix one of the minor leaks without charge. He didn’t recommend unnecessary work but provided his honest advice with a variety of cost options. Great experience, we’ll be calling Rafael and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.
I've been doing business there for years. Never thought about writing a review until I saw a one star. Wah. A once-a-century deluge and failed sump pump is hardly on Pyramid. This customer wouldn't have gotten any "consideration" for a failed pump upgrade at any big box store.
I've put in 24 underground sprinkler systems (it's a hobby) and ALWAYS get what I can from Pyramid because they're great people and great to deal with. Well, except for Pete - that's true. :)
2025 Updated new service: this time service tech Joseph came out and helped me work a similar issue with a different leaking toilet. Not only was the work of excellent quality Joseph’s Interpersonal skills were exceptional. Century Plumbing seems to have a good group of folks working for them. Keep up the good work.
2023 Based on a recommendation from a family member in the trades, I selected Century Plumbing to help me out after noticing a leak in the basement underneath our toilet. Service tech Chris came out on time as promised, and did a complete job. He didn’t even mind me watching every step of the way so I could learn a little bit more myself. It’s wonderful to know that there are still good, solid folks to do this kind of work. When you find them, hang onto them. Rate was reasonable and fair for my area in Lee’s Summit.
The service line on my house was torn off due to a tree falling on the line. Jeremy replaced it quickly and professionally. A great value.
Bryan and Vince have done a superior job with every electrical issue we have thrown at them. Their communication skills, knowledge, and experience is unsurpassed, and pricing is very reasonable. It is refreshing to receive this quality of service in this day and age.10/10 would recommend!

Kent answered my phone on a monday morning and luckily had a crew at a house 2 streets away from me. I needed to get 4 large tree limbs off of my roof to make my house more appealing in middle of our listing the house for sale. He was able to run to my house, bid the job over the phone at a very fair price, and then grabe the crew from other house to do my house within 30 minutes (thats likely not an expectation i'd keep for anyone) but fact he was willing to do that was insanely helpful for same MORNING service. They were done by noon. And I sent the pictures to some potential buyers who I knew had concerns about the trees... our house was under contract that night. was it entirely due to the trees NOPE ... but they definitely had a huge role in getting us some offers. And I cannot thank Kent and the team enough for helping us sell our house.

We highly recommend Eggers Tree. They came out on short notice and took care of some overgrown trees that were causing some problems for us. They were fast, friendly and fair priced.
We recently utilized Cartwright Tree Care for a large tree removal at our home. From the beginning when obtaining an estimate, to the scheduling, to the day of service, we were very pleased with the prompt response, communication and timeline of our tree being removed.
Their crew showed up during the timeline we were told to expect and the tree removal was surprisingly quick, considering the size of our tree. Cleanup was as expected, as was the stump removal, and our property was left in great condition after the job was completed.
We would definitely recommend Cartwright Tree Care and will gladly be repeat customers in the future when we need any of the tree care services offered.

Dr Huebner and his assistants for fillings, exams and crowns are very professional and easygoing as well during sometimes stressful procedures. My husband and I are happy to have found their office through a friend.

Going to the dentist has always been an uncomfortable experience for me due to my gum sensitivity. It’s been a while since I had my teeth cleaned. Today was my first time here, and I felt heard and they all did a good job. I will return in 6 months. :)
I have been seeing him for years and I am very pleased with his service. Many years ago he referred my wife at the time somewhere else for additional service. The insurance company didn't want to pay for it. We didn't make any ground disputing with the insurance company so Dr. Gait called them for us to set them straight and we didn't end up having to pay for the additional dental work the insurance company wanted to charge us for. Today I saw 3 plaques on the wall in the lobby giving Dr. Tait recognition from the KC dental society.

We bring our Basset Hound puppy, Archie to see Dr Hamilton. we previously brought George and he absolutely loved everyone there.I've always found their care to be top-notch. They really care about pets and pet owners, and in my experience always go the extra mile to ensure medical safety and pet own satisfaction. Their great reputation is well deserved.
We had our first visit yesterday for our puppy’s first exam and vaccine. The entire staff was extremely kind. They were so sweet to our puppy that he didn’t even realize that they stuck him for the vaccine. I’m super happy that we chose this facility to care for our puppy.
Allie is extremely helpful and highly professional in her line of work. She consistently shows genuine care for her patients and is very motivating, especially during moments when you feel like giving up. She is also a kind and pleasant person to work with.
I have nothing but respect for the therapists and clerks at SERC when I visit in person. They're friendly, patient and they've help me a lot.
But their corporate decision to call me four times a day to schedule a new patient appointment is just insane. I don't need a new patient appointment if I have been seen for several weeks now, but their auto-system AI or whatever reset itself and now I'm getting several text messages and multiple phone calls a day to set up my appointment. That I already had. Weeks ago. Please, if your corporate office is going to be SO PERSISTENT that it borders on harassment, maybe check if I don't already have an appointment first?
Just wanted to update to say SERC called me hours after I posted this review (truly, the NICEST people work at this location, I compliment them) and confirmed it must have been an error. I was frustrated because it such an aggressive communication policy and if I were an actual new patient I would have been turned off by this approach. But I do understand that stuff happens and corporate IT policies can't always be controlled by the people who work at a branch offices.
