I was very happy with Mr Rooter. Their technician Erron was timely, fast and thorough. He did a good job and answered all my questions. They had sent me a link to his vCard with photo before the appointment, so I was sure he was their representative. I appreciate that!

This is my first review ever. I saw the work first hand of their plumber (Preston) and had to take the plunge and write my review. He could not have been more professional and qualified in fixing my issue. He was on time and explained my options. He was efficient and explained his work. They do not know it yet but I will be calling for two more jobs. I recommend to anyone.
