“We have been going to Millis Animal Hospital since they were located off of Hanley and Dale. We have always received great care for our pets there. Sad to say, curently we will no longer be going to them as we just put our dog to sleep. The doctor and staff were very kind and understanding, and let us have as much time with our dog as needed to say goodbye. I am forever grateful for many years of wonderful care for our pets.“

“Went to see Dr Chip yesterday as a new client. She got down on the floor with my rescue Bailey and petted and loved on her her throughout our visit, giving her a very thorough exam. When she gave Bailey her vaccine, she did it so Bailey didn't even notice. She spent the time fully listening about Baileys complicated past, showing great empathy and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Chip, so glad I found her to take care of my precious baby!“

We can tell by the way he acts when he walks through the door for his appt. that He is so Happy and excited to see his friends.His nickname there is "Crazy Dave" The front desk folks and vet assistants all hug and talk to him and Dave eats it up!! “The employees here were so accommodating and friendly. My dog is very skittish and uncomfortable, trusting other humans because she is not very socialized. I had an emergency and needed to board my dog for the Christmas holiday weekend. Took her to Vetco because she had an appointment, and they made up some random excuse why they couldn't give her a shot she needed. I called Brentwood Animal Hospital, and Michelle and the rest of the team were life savers. Chanel, my dog, was able to get her shot, and the vet she saw said that the next time she has to come, he would order her something to calm her down. The facility was nice and I've decided to bring my dog here to get her care. Thank you!!“

KUDOS to the staff on duty that day the were genuinely caring and compassionate. They gave all of the time we needed to take to say goodbye.“
“The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly she got a huge kick out of popping my pup's pimples (lol). The office staff is also super friendly. A little pricey being that they are the only skin docs for fur babies in the area. Would definitely recommend!“
