I went in to purchase a replacement washer pump because it looked like mine was hopelessly gummed up, and instead of selling me a new one he pulled an ankle high nylon sock out of it and handed it right back. He's also spent some time over the phone troubleshooting a dryer with me; that turned out to be a breaker going bad, but the next time I actually need a part he'll be the first person I call.

Dr. Harkless, Mya and Office mgr were awesome. The scheduling dept offsite and onsite need training on scheduling the appropriate time slots for work to be done. To take off from work and not have anything done due to scheduling is a inconvenience.
My fam has been going to FAH for decades. Always received quality animal healthcare. Our little one was seen quickly and scheduled for a procedure quickly. The cost was quite reasonable compared to other places that were weeks out on the schedule. We just got home from the procedure and so far everything is going well.
Know there is a 4% add on if you are charging the bill. If this were mentioned anywhere other than a small handwritten note, meaning if it were not a surprise at checkout, this would've been 5 stars. This can be significant when paying for a whole surgery on a credit card.
Again, this has nothing to do with quality of care which has always been top notch. I would not hesitate to tell friends to go here, but I may prepare them a little.

Kristen is patient and takes her time with every pet she grooms. I’ve had the pleasure of trusting her with all three of my dogs for over 10 years. Each one happily walks through her doors without any fear and leaves looking and smelling amazing.

James is a scholar and a gentleman. He was able to pinpoint exactly what my problem was and gave me an extensive diagnostic that showed me codes I had never seen before. He was also very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His price was also extremely fair compared to other shops I called. And the best part is that he was finally able to clear the codes that I've been trying to get cleared for over a year. I will definitiely be coming back to him in the future
