“I had been to another shop for issues with my power chair and got the run around, 1st I needed a new battery [it was 3 years old]. Still not working, went back a 2nd time to be told the motors were going bad and needed a replacement. They charged a service charge and did nothing.

I went to Mobility City looking to purchase a new power chair. I told them the problem. Their tech took it and came back minutes later and said try it. They had connected their hand held controller and changed one setting.

This was several months ago and the power chair works great to this day.

“We have been utilizing hospice care through Crossroads for about a year now. Crossroads follows Medicare guidelines and informed us family members what those guidelines are throughout the process. We have been able to ask questions throughout the process and receive information/education about qualifications, medication options, medical equipment and supplies.

Initially, we started on palliative care and progressed to hospice. Our goal has always been to keep our mother out of a nursing home, keep her comfortable and happy and we feel that Crossroads is a big part in making that happen. At any point, when we had a concern or question the staff has been responsive to us and ensured we were happy with services, supplies and treatment.

Our experience with Crossroads has been very positive. Hospice care is extremely difficult, and we feel fortunate that we found professionals that will do this type of work and help us navigate through it. The staff we have worked with have been caring and treat our mother as one of their own family members. Knowing that our mom is being treated in such a caring and loving manner by the nurses, CNAs, and clergy staff at Crossroads is more than we could pray for.

I would advise anyone needing this type of service, to talk with them and learn more about their organization. We previously utilized another hospice group and while they were professional, they talked about death endlessly. Our experience with Crossroads has been more about keeping mom comfortable and happy which is exactly what we wanted and needed. I hope that you and your family find the same.“

This was my first time with private nursing care, and I had an amazing experience from booking through to the actual care. As an out-of-town patient unfamiliar with the city and traveling alone for surgery, the team at RN Services put me at ease and took great care of me for my first 24 hours. Pickup was smooth, all my medications were so well organized and administered, icing was on schedule, I was well-fed, etc. They completely eased my post-surgery anxiety with both their care and conversation.
