Moving to FL has had it's challenges. Especially with Wyatt’s feeding tube supplies. We have now moved Pediatricians 3 times, as well as medical supply companies. We found Pediatric Home Service online and spoke to Shalini, an Outreach Representative. When I told her we bought our own pump and have been paying for things out of pocket because of the delays with other companies (not complaining we will do whatever is needed) she took matters into her own hands and lead control. For us. The first time I've ever felt that we were heard. Because of Shalini we had a same day delivery today along with a reference to a new Pediatrician (who we meet next week). Thank you Pediatric Home Service and a HUGE thank you to Shalini. We are forever grateful.
