“During my initial check and follow-up for Cap'n Hook I was attended by both Doc W and Doc H. Both were professional, attentive to my report/feedback, and highly personable. Your facilities including the lobby and visitation room looked well maintained and clean. The rest of the staff including reception clerks and veterinary assistants were very friendly and even sent me home with a free bag of cat toys. I'm glad to have such a competent vet office right in town to serve my cat.
The Cap'n was very wheezy when I brought him home from ODAS, and by following the vets' advice and administering their given prescription I have seen a marked improvement in his breathing, with the issue virtually gone at present. I look forward to conducting business with you in the future.
