They were wonderful. Called them at 12:30am on a Sunday and went straight there and they were waiting and knew my dogs name when I walked in at 3:30am. Took him back immediately and started the tests he needed. They kept him comfortable and kept us informed. When they were unable to help with the issue he was having, they called and set up an emergency visit with the a neuro specialist. 100% recommend them

When our French Bulldog, Groot, suddenly became critically ill, the team admitted him to the ICU, managed his pain, and closely monitored him while trying to determine what was causing his rapid decline. What impressed us most was that they recognized he needed specialized neurological care and quickly coordinated with the Animal Neurology Center to get him seen as soon as possible. That sense of urgency and excellent communication made all the difference.
