I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and the incredible team at VSS. My dog, Charlie, is very nervous, but the vet techs were remarkably patient, gentle, and kind with her throughout her entire TPLO surgery and recovery. Beyond the stellar medical care, the administrative staff is wonderful. They are incredibly clear when explaining charges and make scheduling the appointments easy. I also love that I can email the techs with any questions and always receive a response that very same day. They made a stressful surgery so much easier for Charlie, Marsha and me.
Extremely professional and compassionate staff. They truly made our traumatic experience as calming as it could be. Although we ended up putting our pet down, you all were so caring. Thank you.
When we noticed our Lucy was in distress we called VSS Manchester and they told us to bring her in. When we walked in they asked if this was Lucy, immediately took her back and gave her oxygen, before any paperwork was even started. We were put in a room and the vet came in and told us that he believed she was in congestive heart failure and asked if we wanted a X-ray to be sure. We did and due to many emergencies going on at the same time had to wait two hours. As I was just going to the desk to ask for an update the vet came back and verified the condition. We chose euthanasia and were put in a comfortable room to say our goodbyes.
