Dr. Zimmerman is incredibly kind, informative, and an all around genius. The techs treated people like family, always going the extra mile. For an emergency basis, a first appointment left a person feeling good about their dog’s care and outcome. The practice does very good work checking for eye cancer because they specialize, giving answers a general practitioner could not. The team took spectacularly good care of pets and gave great advice, being caring, thoughtful, and professional. For a puppy with trauma and glaucoma, Dr. Zimmerman did a fantastic job with eye removal surgery. After healing, the puppy showed signs of being significantly happier. Staff and doctors are friendly, timely, and wonderful with cats, communicating well and providing time and attention. Staff is very nice and attentive, making people feel cared for.
