Not only did the team take time to find the correct issue, they were diligent in handling it correctly and more than double checked their work. Their camera allowed them to find a blockage we haven’t been able to find with other plumbers. “After another company performed some somewhat mediocre work, we had Justin from the Drainage Team come take a look and propose additional options to help us mitigate some side yard flooding. Justin and his team were so knowledgeable and professional. He managed the team and project from day 1 and throughout the project which was refreshing for us, always responsive. We were able to confidently sit back and let the professionals do their work. At no point did I question the plan and quality of work being done. Funny thing about drainage systems is that you sort of have to wait for a good rain to really test out the functionality…we finally got 2 big rain storms and ZERO FLOODING. “Pakk Builders responded extremely quickly to our pipe burst over Xmas Eve, got started before any other company recommended even returned a call. Patrick was extremely helpful working with me and our insurance company to start the claim process, which was something I definately needed guidance on. They then mitigated all the water damage, fixed all plumbing and waterlines, replaced drywall and flooring, removed and replaced cabinets, backsplash, and countertops and created a beautiful new kitchen for us to enjoy.
