“After another company performed some somewhat mediocre work, we had Justin from the Drainage Team come take a look and propose additional options to help us mitigate some side yard flooding. Justin and his team were so knowledgeable and professional. He managed the team and project from day 1 and throughout the project which was refreshing for us, always responsive. We were able to confidently sit back and let the professionals do their work. At no point did I question the plan and quality of work being done. Funny thing about drainage systems is that you sort of have to wait for a good rain to really test out the functionality…we finally got 2 big rain storms and ZERO FLOODING. “Our experience with Deans was terrific. He has resurfaced two patios for us. They look incredible. We then had our garage floor epoxied about a year ago. Shortly after it yellowed a lot. I called Dean about it. He asked for pictures and said that shouldn’t have happened and he would take care of it. Apparently (if I understand it correctly), his supplier had him use a different top coat than he generally used and that was the issue. They finished it yesterday and it looks terrific! Not only Dean, but those here redoing it told us many times they are making this right. I recommend Deans Designs again and again!!! Trying to figure out the next project I can have him do!!! I called in to get a service call to see if they could help me with my problem. Not only did they help me but they fixed the problem at no charge.
