Had our roof replaced 4 years ago after a hail storm by Storm Solutions, according to the bid/estimate, which was signed by both parties, lead pipe flashings were supposed to be replaced along with roof.Noticed slight water spotting on ceiling above second floor bathroom, but it never grew bigger, within the last month with increased rain, we noticed that there was a mold spot forming in drywall, and drywall was wet to the touch.Got on roof to see what was going on, parts of lead pipe flashing on rear of roof is missing and underlayment is visible, flashing appears to be 20+ years old, was never replaced.We have been trying to contact them via phone calls, emails, Facebook...read full review
