Neil was great to work with and very thorough in his inspection. As a first time home buyer I learned a lot through the process and I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of inspecting services.

We had a great experience with KHS. Neil is very knowledgable, and he answered our millions of home questions, or directed us to the appropriate experts when necessary. He is also incredibly thorough, which you want when buying a home. A few additional repair items surfaced after living in the home for a few weeks, but that is to be expected since circumstances vary on inspection day. We enjoyed working with him very much!
