Wes is friendly and very professional. He checked the working condition of many things important for a good home. He made note of the things that should be fixed or further looked into in the report. He pays a lot of attention to detail and is very knowledgeable about many home aspects. He pointed things not up to code for safety reasons and suggested best practices for addressing them. He makes himself available for questions throughout the whole time, so be prepared if you want to point something in particular and would like more details on. Inspection was scheduled quickly and the inspector was on time and very thorough and efficient in the walk-through of the property, commenting on both the positive and negative aspects of each item inspected. Wes turned the report around and got it to me the same day. Would highly recommend Wes and would certainly use him again if the opportunity arises.

Great team and absolutely awesome communication. I cannot say enough of how easy this process was with Wes and his team. Two inspections done with them on two homes and they were on top of their game every time! HIGHLY recommend
