Brandon is a fantastic inspector. Being a Realtor, finding a reliable, trustworthy, and professional inspector is incredibly important. Brandon is all of these and more. He is super thorough and makes sure the client understands everything. He is not an alarmist, but makes sure to point out all issues jr possible issues. He also talks to clients about homeownership in general and what needs to be done on a monthly or yearly basis. I hope I retire before Brandon so I never need to find another inspector!

Ryan was so helpful, kind and professional during the home inspection. He walked us through every area in and around the home and explained everything with great detail. He was excellent at answering all of our questions and his report was very detailed and helpful to outline the condition of the home. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team for anyone looking for a thorough and helpful home inspection!!
