“They didn’t have too but they did…they didn’t get anything but a thank you, but they did it anyway! Those phrases are what you want to hear about a local business, and for us we can say that about Logan’s Heating and Cooling. One of the homes we serve had the central air conditioning go out, of course right as it gets super-hot! Logan’s came and diagnosed the problem. They then called me and told me that they thought it should still be under warranty with another provider, so they didn’t want to do anything to mess that up. They were right! While I was trying to track down the who what when and why of the situation, Logan’s not only offered a window unit to borrow, but they brought it, installed it, and moved a smaller one already in the home. They did all of that because they care, not for money, not for a mention, they had no other ulterior motives. It is so hard anymore to find such nice and compassionate companies.
