They took their time going through all the options, and customers never felt rushed or pressured. They were efficient and left spaces clean. They are the best, always do what they say they are going to do, and are on time and get it done quick. They installed a new up stairs AC unit, water heater, and re-wired part of a house after it was struck by lightning. They were prompt and on-time, diagnosed problems immediately, and had systems up and running within 30 minutes. They showed up less than two hours after a call and fixed issues starting with the cheapest solution.
They didn’t have too but they did…they didn’t get anything but a thank you, but they did it anyway! Those phrases are what you want to hear about a local business, and for us we can say that about Logan’s Heating and Cooling. One of the homes we serve had the central air conditioning go out, of course right as it gets super-hot! Logan’s came and diagnosed the problem. They then called me and told me that they thought it should still be under warranty with another provider, so they didn’t want to do anything to mess that up. They were right! Logan’s was recommended by several people and after working with them we see why. When Logan and Sean came to look at our house to get us a quote they took their time going through all of our options. We never felt rushed or pressured, Logan even encouraged us to get a quote from a competitor to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. When it came to install they were efficient and left our spaces clean. Every interaction with Logan, Sean and Lindsay was great. Now we will definitely be recommending them to people also!
