They installed a new up stairs AC unit, water heater, and re-wired part of a house after it was struck by lightning. They were prompt and on-time, diagnosed problems immediately, and had systems up and running within 30 minutes. They showed up less than two hours after a call and fixed issues starting with the cheapest solution.
The air went out at my parents house during our big heat wave. These guys where out quickly to help. They were able to reset it and checked it out. Their price was fair and they were very professional! They didn't try to upsale or pressure my parents into any new equipment. I would highly recommend them!!
Got a couple quotes - Logan's was the cheapest -- BUT the work was better than the previous work done by another company. A tree snapped my power line and burnt out the 200 amp meter / box. Lindsay went ABOVE and BEYOND with constant communication and additional calls to Evergy to get me power in a timely manner. Can't rate them high enough for the outstanding work and service they provided!
Best customer service from the after hours call and the quick response from Lindsay and the kind way she listened to my problem.In 30 minutes Logan was here and had problem solved in less than 25 minutes I was up and running and temperature in my house was getting cooler. Thank you Logan.
