“Chris was courteous and professional. Assessed the job site and got to work on cleaning the 2 carpetted rooms & stairs. They look like new! Provided instructions for ensuring drying time and care. Thank you Stanley Steamer, Chris/John and customer care team members.”
“We have a 5 year old rug that had pet stais & odors. They were able to remove everything and restore the color to near new.”
“Dustin and his team were amazing! They came out multiple times to address water pouring out of our ceiling. They were able to fix many bad DIY plumbing issues we were having from the previous owners and rid our ceiling of the mold that was growing due to the plumbing issues. Dustin was timely with responses, the team was great at communicating when they were on their way or if there was an issue and they were held up.
They even came back out after the initial plumbing fix when we had MORE water come from the ceiling! Dustin and Tristin were patient, listened to my story/anxiety on the issue, and walked me through everything they found and did. They spent 2-3 hours troubleshooting my plumbing to find and fix the water issue (missing gasket on the over flow drain on the bathtub).
I highly recommend this team if you have ANY plumbing issues!! They are a hardworking, great communication and affordable pricing.”
