It involved removing old shingles, repairing roof rafters and decking, replacing fly rafters, installing a roof ridge vent, putting a new roof on, replacing damaged soffits, wrapping fascia boards, sealing around a cracked chimney cap, replacing old cedar siding where needed, and having new gutters and downspouts installed. Much more than just a new roof! ***** was great at communicating with us what was happening as things went along. He and his crew did everything he said they would. His paperwork was organized and accurate, from the bid, to the contract with scope of work, the final payment and mechanic's lien release.
