We had water come into our house due to a sump pump malfunction. We worked with Pat, he did a great job explaining everything to us and making a stressful situation much better. They did everything so fast and around the holiday weekend. We paid for it ourselves rather than getting insurance involved and service master did everything they could to make it as affordable as possible. 10/10.
This team were wonderful and efficient to work with when our finished basement flooded. They walked me through the entire recovery process. The project manager, Anthony aka Tank, was so kind and empathetic about this heartbreaking disaster, especially after discovering our kid's toy room was damaged. When they found out our insurance wouldn't cover this cost, they found ways to reduce expenses for us. I highly recommend them for any disaster recovery.
It's hard to have to go through some if the things life can unexpectedly throw at you sometimes. My wife is constantly telling me that everything happens for a reason. My wife and I care for my 87 year old mother. She is healthy physically but suffers from severe dementia. On Monday her toilet backed up and flooded her bathroom. The sewage was everywhere and to make things worse it was running into her finished basement where the other two bedrooms of the house are located. Talk about scrambling! First order was to get the water stopped and then mom out of the house so as not to upset and confuse more than necessary. Next was to start looking for a plumber...read full review
