We were in the middle of a reroofing when a storm popped up and left an inch of water inside our house. Our contractor, Dusty Blue, called Service Master. They were here in an hour, including 40 minutes of drive time. The whole crew was professional, responsive, friendly, you name it. I own a local painting company and called upon Service Master for help after one of our employees spilled paint on a client's couch. It was the week leading up to Christmas and our clients had family coming into town so it was imperative for us to get the issue resolved before the holday. Service Master was able to clean the couch and get ALL dried paint out of the fabric. They even trimmed up some of the stiching that had become frayed. If one didnt know better, they would have thought it to be a new couch. Our clients were happy and our reputation remains in upstanding status.
