He was able to give a price over the phone instantly and also came out in person same-day-style to do additional checks for me when I mentioned there could be pet damage. He scheduled us immediately, and honestly, after putting this off for years, I can’t believe we waited so long to do something that MaxCare made so easy and stress-free.

The cleaning technicians who arrived were not only professional and courteous, but let’s just say….. they took “above and beyond” to a whole other level. One of my family members mind-bogglingly asked one of them on the fly if they would mind helping remove a dead animal laying in the middle of the yard. Omg. I was so mortified and tried to insist on not bothering them!!! But the technician didn’t even blink and helped us resolve a major yard nuisance. He did it strictly out of the goodness of his heart as an incredibly generous, kind individual, stepping entirely out of his job description. I am both so grateful but also so sorry for the absurdity! Their customer service is unmatched, and our carpets and kitchen floor look amazing! MaxCare has earned our business for life.“
