“"Jeremy", owner of Rainbow Restoration, came out soon after I left a message, and I knew very quickly that I'd engage their services. My problem was a crawlspace which had flooded, thus smelled musty all over the house. When we opened the trapdoor to enter the area, some earlier workers had left lumber and a now-solidified bag of concrete in the space. I asked, "can I hammer away at that bag until I can haul it away in pieces?"Instead, without asking if he had the job, he hauled everything out, throwing the full-sized concrete bag over his shoulder and putting all the debris in his pickup truck. . He knew I wouldn't have a clue about where to discard it.So, I signed up with him, and everything was handled very professionally. He was cooperative in setting a schedule good for my time. His crew arrived on time, fully equipped, and went about their business w/o delay. They were very aware of being neat in each of their operations. For the above reasons, and because his bid was reasonable, I highly recommend Jeremy and his crew.“
