“My 14 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped keeping cool, gradually warming. The fan and the compressor were still running but it wasn't working. I wasn't sure what I should do, so I called Bill's Appliance and got a service visit. The tech was so friendly and thorough. He quickly determined the repair would be too complicated and costly for such an old fridge. I went back to Bill's and got my replacement KitchenAid fridge with quick delivery and outstanding service. I'm normally "Costco obsessed" but their delivery and install services are somewhere between spotty and nightmarish. “Fantastic service! Mike was prompt, professional and honest in his recommendations about our washer. We called Crews Appliance after working with another repair company who wasn't able to properly diagnose the problem despite having to come out to our house twice. Mike was willing to check on the error codes over the phone in case he didn't need to come out.
