We originally were assigned a different repair company that didn't show up when they said they would and then moved our appt out 2 weeks. I contacted the warranty and asked for a different company. Two days later, we had an appt with Andy's, and they showed up on time and the tech was so nice! They were able to get us a part that came the next day and then they came out to fix the issue. I'm so grateful we were able to get hooked up with them! I will always ask for them in the future!
Nate is very pleasant and quite thorough. I appreciated how quickly he was able to review and diagnose the situation and order the necessary parts. I was also happy to see that Nate was sent out to finish the job once the part was back in stock. Having the same person made it go smoothly! I’ve used Andy’s for a separate appliance repair and will definitely use them in the future!
