My 14 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped keeping cool, gradually warming. The fan and the compressor were still running but it wasn't working. I wasn't sure what I should do, so I called Bill's Appliance and got a service visit. The tech was so friendly and thorough. He quickly determined the repair would be too complicated and costly for such an old fridge. I went back to Bill's and got my replacement KitchenAid fridge with quick delivery and outstanding service. I'm normally "Costco obsessed" but their delivery and install services are somewhere between spotty and nightmarish. From start to finish it was a great experience. Got a new French door Whirlpool fridge for same price as the box stores, but Bill's only does appliances so they really know their stuff and the differences between different models and why one may make more sense than another. Installers had great attitudes and did a thorough job. Will definitely use them again.

The team delivering the refrigerator were very helpful. They also cleaned up the shipping materials and replaced the elevator pads in the closet. I was very pleased with the service
