My Strap ripped on my Nordictrack rower and I was recommended to order from this site from the manufacturer and the item was delivered within a week (I'm from Canada). Though the part was rather expensive... The ordering process and website from this company was quick and easy.

Very fast delivery. Prices were better than the manufacturer (Life Cycle). The customer service team was very accommodating when I forgot to order a third part and changed my order so I wouldn't have to pay shipping and handling twice. Also, all the parts were installed and working perfectly.

I tried to order this part from the manufacturer and they said it would have to be made and would be shipped as soon as they do. After 3 weeks of no information, I called to check on my order, and they informed me that they no longer make it. I found this website and, not only did they have it in stock, but they had it in my hands in 3 days. F Weider Fitness. From now on, this is where I'll go for my parts needs.
