Devan R was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the damaged part in the same visit. He was also able to look at a cracked glass cooktop on my stove and confirm that it could be replaced on a future visit. “I have had a positive experience with this company. I had a speed queen washing machine that was having an issue and I was going to just replace it since it was out of warranty but, I thought I would see what they could do. They came out in a very timely manner and repaired the machine for a few hundred dollars. I hope it will now be good for several more years. I later had a minor issue with the machine and it was covered under warranty just like they said it would be. It's hard to get good service people to repair anything today. I'm glad these people Were around to work on my washing machine.“
