“Being a first-time home buyer, I did not expect to be filing an insurance claim 3 months after I purchased my home. When I purchased my home, the roof was 20 years old, and I did not expect to get any coverage on my roof. 2 Hailstorms in the first 3 months caused damage and leaking I could not ignore. Because of the age of my roof, I debated to myself filling a claim, unsure if the hail damage was going to be enough to outweigh the age of the roof. I expected the insurance to brush it off and deny any claim.

I ended up choosing a contractor that did not end up working out and was back looking for a contractor 2 months after the storm. I did not expect to get my phone bombarded by 20 different contractors just by looking into and starting a job on Angie's list. I only entertained a couple quotes from those contacts and I'm glad Jeff reached out to me.

From my very first interaction with them I was happy the previous contractor didn't work out. Jeff and Danny were very professional and helped talk me into making a claim. Danny was amazing working with the insurance team and Jeff helped ease my mind every step of the way. Their due diligence and professional work ethic helped get a full claim for my roof. I don't have a huge roof but the team that worked on it did a wonderful job and was completed in one day. The office team was very helpful with all my questions going back and forth with my insurance and Danny and Jeff were always available when I needed them.
