I went to the Pella service and pickup facility in Plymouth with a broken upper hinge on a casement window. Trent from service came out to see what was broken. He took me back to the warehouse where Kevin found me the exact part I needed. I was impressed with Trent’s commitment to help and Kevin’s knowledge of the products they sell.
