After weeks of frequent ER visits and bouncing from specialist to specialist, I was scheduled to see her on a whim. Although her specialty wasn't directly related to what I was experiencing, she listened to me with remarkable compassion and attention. Instead of simply referring me to yet another provider, she took the time to consult with her colleagues on-site (I believe Dr. Iqbal) about my symptoms and the best next steps.
