Had a great experience with Dr. Nathan Koppe!!! Definitely will recommend him to family and friends! Only negative thing I would have to say was that currently they are only accepting cards for copayments not cash.

Disappointed in the help I received from my care team. Had an MRI ordered by a doctor for low back pain. MRI got denied by insurance and the only way to re-push the authorization through was for the ordering doctor from MHealth to call my insurance company to meet with a doctor from the insurance company and explain my circumstances to push the approval through. I called MHealth and let them know this is what my insurance would need from them in order to get my situation re evaluated. My doctor refused unless I came back in for another “office visit” (another $300 visit).Ended up going to another doctors office who referred me for another MRI. I am the type of person that visits a clinic once a year for my checkup that insurance covers and ask all my questions at the one visit. This clinic was very friendly from the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the moment I left after my visit. My nurse and doctor were very informative, honest, and straightforward for any questions I had. The staff was very professional overall and I felt welcomed at this clinic being a new patient. I am glad I chose this location for my checkup and will stick to them for my next!
