I’ve been going to the clinic for over 7 years and I’ve always had a good experience with the front end staff and Dr. Nick as my primary. Short wait times and nice medical rooms.

I had an appt 1/6/26 at 4pm. I got to my appt a little after 4pm and when I went to open the doors, they were locked. Might I add that the clinic is open until 5pm. So I walked to the other door closest to occupational medicine. I asked the person at the front desk why the doors were locked and she said she didn't know. She said they should still be unlocked. I asked her what time they close and she said 5pm. She called back to occupational office and they closed there doors a little after 4pm and marked me a no show. The receptionist said I was here. They closed early because I didn't show up at exactly 4pm. Might I add the wet, icy snowy roads are the best out. I wasted… read full review

I didn't get her name but the lab lady/phlebotomist that worked tonight was very helpful. I had an issue with a vaccine and she went above and beyond out of her way to troubleshoot the issue which she didn't have to do, I thought that was very nice of her!
