I stopped by for a quick & easy haircut today. I didn't register online beforehand (didn't know that was a thing), so it took ~20min to be seen. Which is a ludicrously short wait time for a haircut, so I'm calling that a win. My stylist was Debbie (sp?) and she did a great job. I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length, which she did conservatively. And when I asked for another inch to be taken off, she did so skillfully. Nay did an Excellent Job, on cutting super long hair off my hubby! Showed old photo, of when we were 1st married, and his hair was short. Now on the Harley an boat, hair doesn't need to be braided or in ties. He's absolutely loving it! Thanks Nay, you did an Excellent Job! 10 Gold stars, for You! Checked in online and headed to the salon after I received a text that I was up. Mentioned my name when I got there and they said I was all set. An hour later I got concerned when people arriving after me were called first. Said I wasn’t on the list even though I was acknowledged coming in, so I got bumped to the bottom. Couldn’t wait any longer so no haircut.
Staff is fine otherwise and it was quite busy. Honest mistake I think but communication could have been better.
