Hail Experts takes care of every detail, big and small, from the actual construction to dealing with your insurance. My insurance company was less than eager or prompt to provide payment after approving our project. Dan did an exceptional job of facilitating things with my insurance and I can’t recommend him and Hail Experts enough! 10/10 with quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and follow through. Our roof looks terrific!
Adam Ekstrom is very knowledgeable, explained each step in the process clearly. Helpful throughout the process from filing a claim to dealing with the insurance company. Highly recommend.
Adam Ekstrom is by far the most valuable accounts manager at Hail Experts Inc. He's human and not patronizing in any way, AND he treats people with respect and care. He helped me with Insurance and payment plan options for my deductible and answered every darn question I could imagine in a way that helped me understand the process. I couldn't have done it without him. Thank you!
