“Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

“I had called Dave about a plumbing issue, after some discussion and my approval he quickly scheduled a date and time to address the problems. When he arrived he immediately went to work to replace tub drain, stopper and trap making sure everything was resolved upon completion.He also offered suggestions and made sure I had no questions. “Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“

The radiators upstairs were not heating up, and although I had bled them and knew that the pressure in the boiler was low, I didn’t know if that was the issue alone or part of a bigger issue.It was thankfully just low pressure, which he fixed in all of a few minutes. However, since this is my first older home, he took the time to explain how to properly operate the system, what to look out for, and how to safely deal with problems.It’s been a long time since I have had service that was this quick, honest, and above and beyond helpful.“

“Have used Edwards plumbing to clear some plugged drains and more recently y had them install a new shut off valve for washing machine, replace a toilet & install replace two old bathroom faucets.They went above and beyond helping me trouble shoot a problem with a new wash machine I purchased and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete installation of the toilet and faucets. “After I discovered my 18-year-old water softener was leaking in September, I called Keith Nelson Plumbing. DJ visited the same day, diagnosed the problem, and suggested it was time for a replacement. He returned the next day with Jim & Justin to remove and replace the old water softener. They gave me a mini tutorial on how the new softener works and how to fill it.While they were here, we discussed my water heater (also 18-years-old) and decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater the following week, but not before DJ presented me with three written detailed replacement options with prices, listing the pros and cons for each. I believe he also consulted with a manufacturing rep to make sure I was getting the correct size and type for my needs.DJ, Jim, and Justin returned the following day to explain how the water heater works and showed me how to program the various modes. DJ returned two days later to recheck the water temperature.They also installed a new touch kitchen faucet. DJ & Keith provided thorough instructions on how it works and how to prolong the battery life.In addition to installing the new appliances, DJ provided me with a completed rebate form (for the water heater) and an AHRI certificate for my specific water heater to send to Xcel Energy. All (Keith, DJ, Justin, and Jim) were responsive, thorough, professional, and friendly. Great people to work with. I can't say enough good things about them. “Christmas weekend I had a pump failure on a 50 unit apartment building, resulting in no heat . One vendor came out and worked for 6 hours and eventually said they didn't know what to do and said I had to call someone else.Made a bunch of calls to vendors who either were not willing to come out or had no experience with this type of boiler. Called Cities1, gave them my information. The tech called me back and he was there within the hour. Walked in, very professional and confident. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and had me back up and running in no time.I will definitely be using them going forward.“
