When we purchased of our home this past summer, the previous owners sweetened the deal with a one-year paid home warranty – which fortunately has gone relatively unused. That is, until we saw water backing up coming from the drain in our basement. Upon putting in the service request, we were paired with Alto Sewer Service. For the most part, the experience with Alto Sewer was standard, and if I had not been met with the lack of communication today, I would’ve most likely felt positive (well as positive as one can be about sewage) about the whole ordeal. Rick was amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. Did not try to sell my on services I didn't need and gave great advise for continued maintenance. Would 10/10 recommend and will use them for all future services.Service: Drain cleaning
