I could not do the work that he does, I hate wasps. Within 30 minutes of being here all the wasps are gone. I signed up for the 12 month package just incase a few more come back. Fantastic job on controlling the mouse intrusion on my property, the knowledge every technician has provided, the timeliness of appointments, the detailed summary of each site visit, and the opportunity to come back anytime in-between scheduled appts for any reason without any additional cost. Although, as much as I'd like to continue their services, I understand that the pests will always continue to come from other areas of the environment. As long as I have a nice tight sealed home, I should be good. The only downside is that you'd have to agree to a yearly contract; I understand; it's business.

I called after hours and Troy returned my call by 8:10 the next morning. We scheduled a consultation for the following afternoon.
