“Recently, after purchasing a house, we discovered that the inspector was right. There was a mouse "presence" in the kitchen. It was in fact an invasion. We saw multiple traces in more than ten places. BOGO sent a very knowledgeable and experienced inspector who clearly explained the process that they follow to close out the mice from the house. “After a family of squirrels chewed a hole in the side of our roof and moved into the attic, I called my neighbors, all who said they’d had little success with similar problems. I called Beast, and was immediately impressed with the frequency of communication and professionalism of the service. Nick explained what draws rodents into the house and how to fix the current and future problems spots. He fixed the problem, then set some live traps. Then he returned three times to recover the squirrels who finally exited our attic, right into the traps. “If you want to get rid of mice in your basement, hire Wildlife Management. We had tried everything. Wildlife Management got the foundation capped and sealed the points of easy access. We have had no mice all winter. Now when I go downstairs I don't have to worry about finding a dead mouse ever again.“

He took his time to ask me about my situation before scheduling an inspection, and actually was able to tell me that my bite pattern doesn’t sound like bedbugs and I should inspect and treat for fleas instead. I don’t have words to say how much I appreciate this! It will likely save me many thousands of dollars and time and stress! And now I’ll be able to actually solve my bug problem. Our exterminator was able to come out in about a week and she was amazing. She found exactly where they were getting in and plugged it.
