While some reviews highlight issues with specific technicians or delays in service, the company has shown responsiveness, as seen when a partial refund was issued for a service-related problem. Many clients have praised individual technicians for their professionalism and the comfort they bring while working in homes. However, some users express concern about the frequency of visits and the effectiveness of treatments, particularly during winter months. Overall, Orkin aims to provide peace of mind for pest control needs.
ElLouise (not sure how to spell it) and Blake were phenomenal and very professional. We have a carpet beetle problem, they were really good with us and explained everything super clearly. They were both super informative and didn't leave in a hurry or anything. They went through paperwork with us and were very thorough. I hope they come back for our further treatment. Thank you so much to both of them!
Great crew who done the work, they were curtious and profesional. It was to costly. My insurance only paid for standard building costs in area. I should have got more bids from other service company's.
The staff was informative, friendly and insightful to my project. I called needing help immediately because we found ants in Great numbers as we were building our paver patio. They came the day. I called to help us get our aunt population under control and that prevented us from delaying our paver patio production. They cared about what we had going on and they stepped right in to help us!
