“We highly recommend Larry! We used Larry/Blackhawk Pest Control last year in the winter when we had a rodent problem. Larry was recommended by a family member in Minneapolis, as Larry had helped her with a problem with multiple mice. Larry did an initial visit and conducted a full inspection of the outside of the house, and sealed entry points he found. We appreciated his approach, which is that you pay a fee, and then he is committed to returning until the problem is resolved. He did end up needing to come multiple times, and each time, he evaluated the issue and adjusted his approach, keeping us updated. Ultimately, the problem was fully resolved. Larry was a great communicator, very knowledgeable and experienced, and also compassionate: he used methods that were as humane as possible, which is very important to us.“
