“This company did very good to rectify what was an initial problematic situation. The carpet was unfortunately installed incorrectly due to a communication error it took a while to get somebody to reach out which then the salesman wasn't very helpful and didn't really want to fix the situation. That's when Chuck the customer service guy was extremely nice listened to my concerns and needs and came out himself with the crew to make sure it was done right.”
