I recently had my windows installed by Mad City Windows & Bath, and overall I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the process. They took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way.
The installation team worked hard, paid attention to detail, and treated my home with care and respect. The quality of the windows and workmanship truly exceeded my expectations, and the finished product has completely transformed the look and feel of my home.
What stood out most was the customer service. It’s clear that Mad City values both quality work and customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and care that went into this project and would absolutely recommend Mad City Windows & Bath to anyone looking to improve their home.
