Our sales Rep was Mason. He was very good. We built a trusted relationship which helped us to decide to go forward with our project of removing our existing tub/shower and converting the space into a walk-in shower. Our installer was Manuel. The estimated arrival time was between 8am-10:00am. He arrived at 8:20. He did a very good job with the entire project. We would recommend Mad City for a bathroom project.
I had a walk-in shower installed in my home by Steve and Dean. They arrived on time and finished the project exactly when they said they would. They even provided the progress photos I requested. Both were very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Everything was left clean, and my new shower is beautiful.
